Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relation Executive to enhance client engagement and support. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and assisting in onboarding. Your role will include supporting clients in understanding essential compliance standards and coordinating with our teams to deliver timely reports.
In addition, you will contribute to business development by identifying upselling opportunities and preparing client proposals. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu, along with a degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration, are required.
