Olivia Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Service Department. The GSA will provide warm, personalized service and ensure guest needs are met promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests for a pleasant experience.
• Take orders and manage timely food and beverage delivery.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
• Handle billing and transactions as per standards.
• Collect feedback for service improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
