Job Description
SRM Hotels is seeking a skilled Front Office Executive to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in/out processes, resolving guest inquiries, and providing Information about the hotel and local attractions. You will oversee daily front desk operations, supervise and train staff, ensure compliance with policies, and handle administrative tasks using hotel management software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. Experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager is preferred, and proficiency in English and Hindi is required. This position is in-person.
