Job Description
CONTEMSYS SOFTWARE is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Career Counsellor to join our team at MAAC, Barrackpore. The successful candidate will conduct counselling sessions, guiding students towards suitable courses while understanding their needs.
Your role includes communicating course benefits, managing CRM records, generating leads, and converting walk-ins to admissions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in career counselling or sales, preferably in education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience with CRM tools are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹12,00 to ₹18,00 per month.
