Job Description

JB Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Stock Market Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The key responsibilities include:

• Regulatory Compliance (NSE, BSE, MCX, SEBI, NSDL)
• Policy Development and Implementation
• Risk Management and Auditing
• Training and Communication
• Reporting and Documentation
• Liaison with Regulatory Bodies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or related field
• 4 years of experience as a Compliance Officer (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of stock broking regulations
