- Handle customer inquiries via chat and calls regarding our products and services.
- Manage inbound chats, emails, and calls from clients in the US and UK.
- Learn about current and new products.
- Engage in client relationship management.
- Document cases and utilize tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
