Job Description
We are BBP-INDIA and we are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media & E-commerce Executive to enhance our online customer interactions and manage our e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries on social media and online platforms, managing product listings, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, or social media
- Good communication skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
