Job Description
Kumarakom Lake Resort is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring service quality. Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes, and handling inquiries and complaints courteously.
