Job Description
Kumarakom Lake Resort is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Associate to enhance our guests’ experience with exceptional service. In this role, you will:
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
- Assist with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits include food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
Preferred: Female candidates. Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
