Job Description

Aabasoft is seeking a proactive Junior Procurement Associate to support our procurement team in purchasing materials and equipment for ELV and BMS systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all purchases are cost-effective, delivered on time, and align with project and company requirements.

Requirements:

  • Assisting in planning and purchasing ELV & BMS materials.
  • Communicating with suppliers for best prices and terms.
  • Comparing quotations and maintaining purchase records.
  • Ensuring materials meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with project teams for timely delivery.
  • Staying updated on new products and market prices.

Skills Required: Negotiation, communication skills, MS Office proficiency.
