Job Description
IMAT GLOBAL is seeking a talented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, effectively promoting our products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional communications and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Generate leads and maintain a client database.
- Follow up with leads to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
This is a full-time position, ideal for freshers, located in-person at our office.
