Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operation Executive to join our team at Golden Bit Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess superior MS Excel and MS Office skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate calculation of account interest, processing incoming and outgoing funds, releasing swift messages, and handling funding instructions. The role also involves bookkeeping, resolving customer complaints, and coordinating with stakeholders to manage data effectively. Accuracy and timeliness are crucial as you will maintain sales contracts and internal records.
