Job Description
Join Virtusa as an API Gateway Support Engineer where you will provide L2/L3 support for Layer7 infrastructure issues, focusing on debugging policy failures and connectivity challenges. You should have hands-on experience with CA Layer7 API Gateway, strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP/S), and a solid understanding of SSL/TLS, certificate management, and keystores.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and scripting skills, experience in Linux/Unix environments, and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation and teamwork are key to our success.
