Job Description

The Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled is seeking a dedicated Placement Officer to create and manage employment opportunities for trained candidates from the Skilling LRC. The successful candidate will engage with employers, organize interviews, and provide candidates with essential pre-placement training, ensuring successful job placements and ongoing support.

Responsibilities include:

• Building industry partnerships and maintaining an employer database.
• Coordinating campus interviews and recruitment processes.
• Conducting resume building and interview preparation sessions.
• Tracking placement records and generating reports.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00/month

Benefits include Provident Fund. Preferred language: English. Work location: In person.
