Job Description

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer relations via email, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally.
• Respond to inquiries from various departments including Customer Service and Home Retention.
• Process requests from Relationship Managers and other related departments.
• Manage specific tasks in MSP and provide accurate information to customers.
• Update relevant information in MSP/Reverse Quest as necessary.

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills required.
