Position: Floor Supervisor at Airtek Compressors
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to manage daily floor operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met while supervising and leading the floor staff.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety and cleanliness standards and reporting progress to management regularly.
Eligibility Criteria: B.E. degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Preferably, local candidates from Kanuvai and nearby areas.
