Job Description
MetaApply IE is seeking a dedicated Tele Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with prospective and current students, as well as parents, regarding educational programs and admissions procedures.
Your responsibilities will include assisting students in exploring educational options, providing information about curriculum and extracurricular activities, addressing inquiries about admissions and financial aid, and guiding them through the application process.
We require proven experience in the education sector, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in online counseling platforms. Experience in an educational institution and multilingual proficiency are preferred.
