We are seeking an Allrounder Sous Chef for our Star Hotel, The Habitat Suites, in Guruvayur, Kerala. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen sections, ensuring high quality food and presentation while overseeing staff and assisting with menu development. Key responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, conducting checks, and adhering to safety regulations.
