Job Description
The Habitat Suites is seeking a motivated Front Office Associate with experience in a Star Category Hotel/Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate will excel in providing outstanding customer service and managing guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a reputed Star Hotel.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone inquiries and guest coordination.
- Handle reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Food and accommodation provided if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
