Job Description
Fior Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to enhance our customer interaction and support services. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving complaints within agreed SLAs.
Your duties will also include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with product setup, and collecting customer feedback to improve our offerings. You will document interactions and prepare reports on customer support activities, monitoring KPIs to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
