Job Description
TP-LINK India Pvt. Ltd is hiring for the position of E-commerce Chat Support Specialist in Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata. This is an office-based role with virtual interviews available.
Undergraduates and freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply. The shifts will be 5 days a week with rotational timings.
The salary package is ₹23,00 CTC, with ₹18,00 in-hand. Responsibilities include handling customer queries and complaints through chat and email.
