Job Description
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)
Working Days: 5–6 days/week
Cab: Provided (Pickup & Drop)
Role Overview: We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice and chat support. You’ll handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high-quality support experience.
Requirements:
Education: Graduation (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process)
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
Compensation: Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month with performance bonus and travel allowance.
Interview Process: HR Screening, Functional Round, AMCAT, Final Operations Round.
