Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our Mumbai office at Continental Mercantile Corporation PVT.LTD. The ideal candidate will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and documentation, while ensuring effective communication between our head office, clients, and sub-agents across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate sourcing and screening.
- Coordinate interviews (online and offline).
- Maintain candidate and job records.
- Assist with verification and visa processing.
- Support marketing and mobilization teams in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹35,00/month | Location: In person
