HRH Next Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions in Malayalam, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer service and troubleshoot effectively.
