Job Description:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will respond to customer inquiries, build strong relationships, conduct follow-ups, and handle complaints efficiently. You will also maintain customer records and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Relationship
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
