Job Description

Abhishek Shankar Agarwal & Associates is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to manage the travel arrangements of our Managing Directors and the entire office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Travel management for MDs and the office
• Preparation of travel policies
• Managing all transactions for the MD
• Maintenance of the delegation sheet
• Managing schedules and communication for key executives
• Bank-related tasks
• Renewing agreements and developing vendors
• Online purchasing
• Excellent in follow-up, coordination, and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
