Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in customer service? Aximz Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include calling and following up on leads generated from Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), understanding customer needs related to furniture type, budget, size, and design preferences.
You will also share product details, offers, and coordinate visits to our showroom. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and reporting daily on lead status is essential. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (or regional languages) are required.
