Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, ensuring effective team collaboration and delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities include coaching team members on Scrum principles, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. You will also be responsible for removing barriers that impede progress and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, a passion for Agile methodologies, and experience in a similar role. A Scrum certification is a plus.
