Job Description
Overview: The Operations-TOPS-Process Associate position is essential in the Ops department at Prodapt, focusing on the seamless functioning of tools and processes with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while recommending enhancements for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include ensuring tool uptime, creating documentation, collaborating with clients, and recommending process transformations. Ideal candidates will work with SMEs and Project Managers in critical situations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 0-3 years of experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Telecom is required. IT or Computer Science background is a plus.
