Pinax Group is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to oversee legal compliance, manage board meetings, and handle regulatory filings with agencies such as ROC and SEBI. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of company law and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize Board Meetings and official meetings.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Handle ROC filings and maintain statutory records.

Requirements:

• Qualified CS with 3+ years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Company Law.
