Job Description

The Outlet Incharge is pivotal in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our outlet. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain food quality, manage teams, and uphold company standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating with delivery partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Requirements: Strong leadership skills, knowledge of F&B operations, and experience with delivery platforms are essential. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and basic accounting knowledge are also required.

Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field, with 2-4 years of supervisory experience in F&B, preferably in QSR.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to ₹30,762.13 per month | Benefits: Food provided.
