Job Description
Washington Internal Medicine is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Office Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. Our practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, voicemails, and patient messages professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in a medical office; knowledge of EHR systems; excellent communication skills; attention to detail.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
