Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Operations Staff to handle van pickup and delivery at DHL. You will be responsible for loading shipments efficiently, delivering to customers, and ensuring all paperwork is accurate, including POD/FOD/DOD/COD processes. Adherence to the delivery run sheet and proper status coding for undelivered shipments is essential. A customer-focused approach and appropriate dress code are required.
At pickup, you will follow SOPs, perform timely pickups, execute airway bills, and ensure all regulatory paperwork is collected. You must check package conditions and maintain timely connections to comply with cutoff timings.
