Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Shift: Rotational (including nights/weekends)
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Associate at Mayura Ziani to deliver exceptional support to our UK-based clients. You will serve as the first point of contact, managing inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, guide customers, maintain accurate records, and gather feedback.
Requirements: Degree in any discipline (English Lit preferred), 0-1 year in customer support, strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts.
