Key Responsibilities: As a Welfare Officer, you will conduct welfare activities, support migrant workers, assist employees in need, ensure health and safety compliance, manage hostel facilities, resolve complaints, maintain accurate documentation, and organize training sessions.
Qualifications: Fluency in Hindi and an additional language is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of labor laws.
