Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with 3-4 years of experience in secretarial functions, preferably in a public listed company. The ideal candidate should possess additional qualifications such as LLB and certifications in CSEET, CS Executive Programme, and CS Professional Programme.
Responsibilities include preparing agendas, managing board and committee meetings, conducting Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and providing legal and financial counsel. Strong knowledge of law and finance is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹60,00.00 – ₹100,00.00 per month, with benefits including a Provident Fund.
