Triedge Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions effectively. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls in Malayalam or Telugu and English. Candidates must address customer queries and complaints with professionalism, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam or Telugu and English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- +2 or any graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
