Job Description
Obara India Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to enhance our customer relationships and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating the company database by inputting information from each call, collaborating with the sales team to address larger revenue customer issues, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
Additionally, you will assist in special short-term projects and create strategies for delivering exceptional service to challenging customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹21,00.00 to ₹28,700.00 per month.
The role requires in-person attendance at our work location.
