Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaisoning with the Exchanges
- Managing inspections by exchanges, depositories, and SEBI
- Internal audits related to depositories and exchanges
- Submission of enhanced supervision data and periodic filings
- Regulatory approvals for advertisements
- KYC compliance and monitoring
- Handling investor complaints and controls testing
- Evaluating new regulatory guidelines
- Preparing and submitting MIS and status reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in compliance and liaising with regulators
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
