Job Description

Dhruv Tax Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Responsibility Officer to join our International Voice Process team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting international clients with tax queries, and providing accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international voice calls professionally.
• Clarify tax-related inquiries effectively.
• Maintain client records and databases.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Build long-term client trust through exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• BPO/KPO experience is preferred, freshers are welcome.
• Basic finance/tax knowledge is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with US Night Shift.

Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
