Job Description
Unidos Technology is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Inbound Process Team as Hindi Helpdesk Support. The successful candidates will handle customer interactions with professionalism, addressing queries and complaints effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls.
- Log requests in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on products and features.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Suggest process improvements.
- Meet monthly performance targets.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be below 32 years, with any degree.
Work in rotational shifts; no night shifts for women. Salary: ₹300,00.00 to ₹600,00.00 per year.
