Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team in Vaikom. (Local candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions, develop tailored programs, and assess participant performance. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and work with HR to implement effective strategies.
Qualifications:
Post-graduation preferred, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial institution. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes cell phone and internet reimbursement, paid leave, and sick time.
