Job Description
Rhosigma Engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal department. In this role, you will assist in drafting contracts, managing compliance issues, and supporting legal documentation for various engineering and automation projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and legal documents.
- Supporting compliance processes and regulatory filings.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external legal advisors.
- Assisting in dispute resolution and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with 0–2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
