Translog Integrated Service Co. is seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to oversee transportation and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients and vendors, schedule third-party truck trips, and maintain accurate Excel reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and vendors via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Plan and monitor third-party truck trips.
• Maintain operational and transportation reports in Excel.
• Track schedules, expenses, and delivery status.
• Support the operations team in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in logistics or transportation coordination.
