Job Description
Alfa Façade Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Front Office Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, ensuring a tidy reception area, providing information via phone/email, sorting daily mail, maintaining office security, ordering supplies, updating calendars, and arranging travel.
Requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, prior receptionist experience, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good time management, and teamwork abilities.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund.
