Job Description
The Collection Executive is responsible for recovering payments from customers for various schemes including RD, FD, and loans. Duties include visiting customers, collecting installments, issuing receipts, and maintaining records. Candidates should have basic communication skills and be honest, ensuring timely collections while building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect daily/monthly deposits and loan repayments.
- Maintain records and submit reports.
- Minimize pending dues while ensuring timely collections.
- Support branch activities and customer service.
Requirements:
- Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or above.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates welcome.
- Willingness to travel locally is a must.
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
