Job Description
SARA INFOTECH is in search of a dedicated Process Associate to manage customer calls for our US-based operations. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a talent for resolving customer queries efficiently during US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from US clients.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and maintain satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Willing to work US night shifts (IST).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Any graduate.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹33,00.00 per month
