Job Description
We are SARA INFOTECH, seeking a dedicated Process Associate to manage customer calls for a US-based process. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and an aptitude for efficiently resolving inquiries, working in US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from US clients
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries
- Document calls as per standard procedures
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, willingness to work US night shifts, minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduates, freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹36,00.00 per month
