Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Manage and supervise external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure timely resolution of repair and maintenance requests.
- Monitor facility conditions and safety compliance.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience in facility maintenance. Preference for candidates from Ernakulam.
