Job Description
Edwise International is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of Telecaller cum Test Administrator in Thane. This is a full-time role that involves making outbound calls to potential candidates or clients for registrations, providing clear explanations of our services and testing procedures, and maintaining up-to-date call logs.
As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring students during examinations, addressing inquiries from examinees, providing necessary tools for assessments, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
